Shipping:
Your order will ship within 2 business days after you place it. If product is a special order, we will contact you with the estimated delivery date. You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation. Your order number will be included. Please be sure that your address is complete and correct.                                         

                                                   

Returns and exchanges:
Not what you expected? You may return any new, unused item still in its original packaging that was sold and shipped directly by Bla Bla Junior within 14 days after you received it. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines will not receive a refund. We’re sorry but once these goods are sent to us we cannot return them back to you.

Bla Bla Junior pays shipping for replacement items. We will credit your account within 2 weeks after we received it back. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Also we are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
